It is a mix of special dividend and presentation effect, not a real, recurring return.

@AlexDeivel278 they pay dividends on the sale of subsidiaries and distribute the profit as such to the shareholders ... in itself not a bad thing if it goes further I have already recouped my investment ergo the share price is a minor matter
