💶 Realty Income pays out dividends - the dividend engine is running 💸

This month €27.41 dividend from Realty Income 💥

- for 102 shares, that's €0.269 per share.

Doesn't sound like wealth at first, but:

➡️ This payment comes 12 times a year.

➡️ As reliable as a salary, but without the work.

➡️ Reinvested, of course.

For me, Realty Income is a solid cash flow asset in my portfolio.

Especially in phases with little price movement, you can feel how valuable a stable dividend stream is. 🔁📥

Goal: Build up more and more of these building blocks and increase the monthly cash flow bit by bit.

In my search for monthly payers, I opted for AGNC and Orchid. The dividend yield is better there.

@_aaaa_ Thanks for the tip 😊 Sure, Realty Income is a REIT and not a classic dividend company - but the monthly distribution is real, the money is in the account 💸

Of course I also look at FFO and long-term share price performance - but cash flow is cash flow. And as long as the strategy works for me, it's okay to enjoy a bit of passive income, right? 😉

P.S.: Dilution is part of the model with REITs - the decisive factor is what they do with the capital.

@AlterMann Unfortunately, they are also taxed 😅😜 ... I think Realty Income is a good alternative for anyone who can't buy and rent a property, or am I making a mistake?
I'm completely with @FinanzPapa what ends up in the account is real

@_aaaa_ I like hippos, I have several as stuffed animals, one as a warming cushion, as a fart cushion, several t-shirts with hippos. In the kitchen as a wooden spoon holder. It has nothing to do with the hippo itself when I make the comparison. Or should have written that Memo is now haram 🤷‍♂️
