Divi increase and buyback

$MPW (-1,4%) There is currently good news for all those who have held out: The latest quarterly figures have confirmed the targeted process of transferring to new tenants to date. There is still a long way to go for MPW, which according to Ed is to be completed by the end of next year - the target remains one billion in cash rent by the end of 2026. 150 mil ($) in buy backs were announced - to be executed immediately. And today there was a long-awaited dividend increase to 0.09$ for the time being.

In my opinion, the future looks bright.

Anyone who has stayed in $MPW over the last few years knows what a crash feels like. It's nice that there are now positive signs again, but the store is still not quite out of the woods.

@Valueformoney was there anything going on today?

@UserDaniel Not much new ... Wells Fargo has raised its price target slightly. The REIT sector has generally been stronger in recent days. Fundamentally, MPW has been undervalued for a long time, was 40% shorted at the peak, the shorts are currently retreating somewhat at around 30%.

@Valueformoney and with share buybacks, dividend increases and anticipation of ever better rental income in the coming quarters, I don't want to be a short seller. 😁

@teschi Congratulations! You had more confidence than I did, I built up a few other positions - but kept MPW 💪🏻

Also always bought more. I am confident that things will now gradually improve. The share buybacks are a great sign.

@Monnie That will be! May I ask how big your position is? I have 7000, at an average of just under €4 (I was able to collect the penultimate 1000 very well at a low of €3.407 on 12.08.2025 🤩)

@teschi You now have a lot more than I do! I had reallocated my position and haven't bought any more since then. Before that, I had almost as many as you and unfortunately spent a bit more
