STAG industrials will shift from monthly to quarterly dividends

$STAG (+0,16%)

I think it's a bad news and It no longer fits in my portfolio

I have enough stocks payment dividend in quarterlies

It's a good REIT and a good idea have clients as Amazon and marketplaces, but I have enough payments in April, I want distribute better dividend beyond months.

What do you think about?

The payout month/quarter etc is literally the last thing to look at on a stock

@bonomiandreia It’s interesting to see, that the number of dividend payments per year is more important to you as the overall dividend development as such. $STAG is increasing it’s dividend for 2026 from $1.49 to $1.55 per share. This continues the company’s long track record of dividend increases. Furthermore, the dividend remains well covered from an operating standpoint. With an FFO payout ratio of around 60% over the last 12 months.

The way dividends are paid doesn't change investors' views; it's just corporate policy—lower taxes, etc. Pembina Pipeline also changed to the same format, but nothing has changed. More than anything, it's nice to see it continuing to pay substantial, constantly growing dividends.
