Have you seriously considered deviating from the strategy for your wikifolio? That's a blatant abuse of trust 😳.

How? Reconsideration is abuse of trust? Think again!

•@Epi it is. If your wife thinks about me in bed, that's also an abuse of trust.
It's simply a very sensitive issue. You're responsible for more than a million deposits. People trust you to give them the strategy you've explained. If you then think "oh, I could deviate from the strategy just this once", that's not helpful. At the end of the day, you're just a dude on the internet.

@DonkeyInvestor Look at it this way: I am very transparent with the strategy here, probably more transparent than anyone else on Wikifolio.com.
If I now say that I was thinking about it, but decided in favor of the rule anyway, that's actually a better sign of trust than if I had concealed the consideration or it had never occurred to me. Every investor in 3xGTAA now knows that I stick to the rules even when tempted.
Talk about bringing my wife into the game: I think it's more honest to say, "I find this other woman attractive too, but I'm still not running after her," than to never see another attractive woman or to deny that other women can be attractive too. Without temptation, the vow of fidelity has no particular value. It is in temptation that the vow proves its worth.
In this respect, I do see it as responsible to talk about temptation and proving oneself. 😊
