B&H for individual shares does not actually work.
The average share tends towards 0.

Your argument does not necessarily support your statement. Only if you do B&H for any one stock. However, if you do research and diversify across several individual stocks, B&H can work, as a few stocks can multiply and compensate for the losers

B&H works fine as all strategies (Profit Taking short, ETF long, Dividend, etc.)
As long as you do your Due Diligence and select tools to support you or cross-check the narratives.
