@trade_samuraia Do you have specific points that you are referring to / criticizing or are you just criticizing because the post feels bad in your stomach?

@trade_samuraia He has simply summarized the reports that have been written in the last few days from various media and added some personal opinions. What's wrong with that? Inform yourself and read the reports, form your own opinion and summarize it and then please let us know here

The fact that all locations in Germany are to be closed is simply wrong. 😉 In addition, the redundancies in Marburg are to take place without compulsory redundancies. You should stick to the truth.

@Aktienneuling-1979 Nowhere does it say that ALL locations will be closed. It says "virtually all" and later in the text I specify that this refers to the "central production and research locations" - in contrast to the office and administrative locations, which really don't interest anyone.

It's as if I say that the important mines in the Ruhr area have been shut down and you then say that's not true because there are still some that are used as museums today.

The raid theory has zero evidence. Zero. That's not "mixing in opinion", that's selling speculation as a conclusion. And the vaccine coercion joke in the middle clearly shows where the journey is actually going.

In addition, BioNTech has active oncology Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials ongoing "not a single useful drug" is simply wrong.

@trade_samuraia It's not a theory, but rather a suggestion. I mean that the supervisory authorities SHOULD take a look here, not that it will happen in reality. But you are welcome to explain objectively why it is legitimate and understandable to close state-of-the-art sites that have only recently been acquired.

And phase anything else = not a single useful drug. If you're a soccer club that hasn't signed any players, then there's no point in making a big deal about how you have the best youth department in the league and a world-renowned talent scout, but there's still no one on the pitch for you on Sunday

@trade_samuraia your comment reminds me of $NDX1...worked there myself...

...after the takeover of $ANA they always said no compulsory redundancies, the end of the story was exactly this reality. In addition, all locations were outsourced. The only thing that remained was the head office/administration in Hamburg and a small location ("research/development") in Rostock and why....

...so that it is still legitimized to tap into German tax money (subsidies) 🤫😉

Even central units of a wind turbine were manufactured in India, shipped to Germany, tested again here and that just to say "Made in Germany"

So keep your wits about you and inform yourself....

...it means something that the actual founders (2 of 3) no longer want to play the game for certain reasons and instead want to rebuild the original idea.

...picture doesn't really educate either 😘

@Soprano
Youth B is where the parents shout from the sidelines and the coach is called Bernd. Phase 2/3 shortly before approval is definitely not that. They cost billions and have real patients. And "suggestion" instead of "theory" doesn't change the fact that you have zero evidence. Speculation remains speculation no matter what you call it.

You don't always buy a company because you want the locations. Sometimes you buy patents, IP, talents and the infrastructure is the accessory. This is normal M&A and not a scandal. A bit unpleasant for the employees, but "legitimate" is actually self-explanatory.
