$HIMS (+8,82%) takes over the telemedicine provider Zava. The takeover price is not known. The company has a similar business model to Hims- only less mature and is mainly active in Europe. Around 1.3 million people use the platform.
Hims' services should therefore soon be available to the general public throughout Europe.
The expansion abroad is thus gathering pace.
