Can you explain to me why the P/E ratio increases so much from 26 to 27 when the loss is almost halved?

I took this from Market Screener.
Finance even shows a positive P/E ratio, which is falling.
Perhaps we need to do the math again ourselves.
I think it might also be more interesting to look at the P/E ratio for this company
