Too bad you're throwing. In my opinion, the timing is unfortunate. The worst is behind us.
Interest rates are falling, Aroundtown is buying back its own shares (!!!) and the balance sheet has been cleaned up. Selling now means having taken the losses of the crisis, but standing on the sidelines during the upswing. I'm staying on board - for me this is now a clear value bet with doubling potential as soon as the market realizes the easing.
