Last investment made in an Amundi EPRA ETF.

Has risen since late 2023, but is still below 2022 highs.

It is an accumulation ETF and composed of many large dividend payers. Prologis, Equinix, Realty Income ect..ect.. I would say it is buying shares at low prices, quote as July 2019 despite all the dividends received and having bought back shares in accumulation.

Now I have finished all the liquidity for the year, I should disinvest to make further entries....

What do you think about ETFs in reits ? It is somewhat similar to HPRD which I already have, but this one in accumulation is underperforming the other one by a couple of percentage points... I am leaving both ETFs for now: one with distribution and one with accumulation logic.
