A U.S. Congressman, Kevin Hern, recently made stock purchases that are linked to the Middle East conflict .

This includes the purchase of shares in the defense contractor Raytheon ($RTX (-2,33%) ) as well as shares in four energy companies (NextEra Energy ($NEE (-0,46%) ), ExxonMobil ($XOM (-1,89%) ), Pioneer Natural Resources ($PXD ) and Devon Energy ($DVN).
