@RenditeRudin I wanted to write a little more about the buy, but how should I justify it with the poor figures, negative trend and certainly imminent significant dividend cut in a difficult economic environment? Tournaround bet and speculation on dividends rising again in the medium term at an attractive entry price 🤷‍♂️😉

@Dividendenopi how many % are you planning to increase?

@Dividendenopi Do you have a good feeling about the bet? 😁

@DividendenPaul and @RenditeRudin, I have very mixed feelings, as always with a bet😁I see it as a medium-term bet for an operational recovery from 2027 with a turnaround possible from mid-2026. By specializing in finance and IT, they are not as exposed to fluctuation as, for example, randstatt, which has many unskilled workers in its personnel portfolio. And the focus is increasingly on further training. This also creates turnover if the labor market continues to weaken because training is required on an ongoing basis, especially in the tax sector. We will see whether all this is true at the end of March when the full annual report is published, the outlook is decisive, although I am rather positive due to the insider purchases at the end of 25/beginning of 26. Worst case would be a complete loss of the dividend (I expect a maximum of €1) and no positive signals with regard to further training and the further outlook is subdued, then I would get out again. If only the dividend fails, but the rest is fine, then the share price will probably go down another notch, which would be an opportunity to buy more. If my bet works out, I can buy a share at the current price with a potential double-digit dividend yield. I normally try to achieve my purchase weighting for stocks that convince me. This is a maximum of around 20k per share. In this case, that would be too high and too risky for me at the moment, but I can imagine perhaps picking up a second tranche before the figures, I have now bought 100 shares and if a final bottom has formed in the middle of the year, I will add another 2 tranches. As I said, a bet with a tight loss limit at 10% below my equity.
