@WarrenamBuffet I thought the same thing. I think the share is heavily dependent on the economy and the construction industry.
Many people perhaps don't see either as really positive for the future, even though the share is performing really well. After all, it is currently historically cheap. The dividend is also expected to rise steadily and strongly.

@Dagobert_D Exactly, so collect something from time to time. Theoretically, it has to turn at some point when the environment finally improves.
