has anyone ever taken a closer look at the company Energy Vault? $NRGV (-1,98%)

I just stumbled across it. Even if the numbers are not yet as one would like, I see some potential. Generally also use old mine shafts for something like this etc. there is an interesting video on YT .

As a long term storage the idea is too expensive, in the short term hopefully Graphene - batteries will come soon.

In my opinion, only one technology is never the solution, especially for such a complex topic as energy logistics. Even from an investment point of view, it would only be speculation without a precise definition of the most efficient solution, which is not a bad thing. I just wanted to say that I do not categorically exclude such approaches just because one seems better. Our world is too complex for that. You see how now hydrogen is promoted even if it is not the most sensible. Yes for the industry but I mean in general.
