I think @Max095 has already given me a brief introduction? 🤔 I already know it here from the platform in any case.
What bothers me is that you have exactly one central business area that is so heavily dependent on legal requirements that the house of cards collapses every time the law is relaxed. Otherwise, operationally top.🤷🏼♂️ and we have already discussed the issue of free float, which is only 17%, and the difficulty of accessing the company's figures.

•@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin Thank you my dear. But feel free to read through the whole thing and get to grips with it. Maybe then you'll think something else. It could also be a moat. The business model can be applied worldwide and is not that unstable. Go into more depth. And also take a look at customer opinions. There is potential here across virtually all sectors

•@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin The management has also bought massive amounts of shares here. From the side, people seem to believe in the business model and the expansion

•@Tenbagger2024 I don't need it, it's been on my watchlist since Max was introduced.🤷🏼♂️ In my view, it's an absolute operating monster. They're eating into the margins of everything from Microsoft to ServiceNow etc.😅 But with a 17% free float, you're unfortunately a complete victim of management's whims. When they want to cash in, things go downhill fast. But I've liked the title ever since Max introduced it.

•@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin You really have to look twice at the key figures. And the dividend yield is also fun. You really rarely see it in this form

•@Tenbagger2024 What I do wonder, however, is why the price targets in Juan's presentation are quoted in AED (Arabic dirham)?😂

•@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin I'm sure Juan already knows more than we do. He will certainly be admitted to the Dubai Financial Market

•@Tenbagger2024 in any case a very exciting overall constellation. The chart is also interesting: still well below the MA200 but has crossed the MA50 to the upside. I just added my usual starting position and a savings plan. The thing gets a 14.5/15 in my now final analysis prompt!!! Rule-of-40 is being massively pulverized here, office France just started (there the tax subsidy program is about 6 times as big as in Germany!). Dividend is a decorative extra 😅

•@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin I actually agree with you on all points, despite this risk! The entire market value is based on the mercy of the German finance minister. If the bureaucratic hurdles for the research allowance are removed by a federal AI solution (bureaucracy reduction), the software will be worthless. What's more, the market for SMEs in Germany will soon be saturated. So you're betting on France?

•@schlimmschlimm In Germany, the mills grind very slowly. If anything, they will make things even more complicated in the hope that companies will not call in their money

•@Tenbagger2024 Yes, that's right, I was actually thinking along the same lines.
