And that's exactly why I treat myself to something in life! When I sometimes read (nobody should feel personally offended): I do without this or that, then I can put more into my portfolio, then I sometimes think to myself, ok, being thrifty is important, but where is life? What's the point of having the biggest portfolio at 67 if I haven't lived for 40 years before that and have only saved... There are simply things in life that I don't want to do without, even if my portfolio doesn't grow quite as quickly! For example, a good coffee in the morning, or going out to eat at a steakhouse every now and then! After that, I can only wish you the best of luck on your way to 100k!
