Takeover of shares

$SAX (+0,97%) is to be taken over. I've never had anything like this before, hence my question:

What happens to my share? And is it best to sell or hold? The bid is probably 2.5 billion and the current market capitalization is 2.05 billion.

What do you do with your shares?

I have read that an offer of around €45 is being considered. In this respect, I would wait for the official offer.
If a squeeze-out goes through, it could even take years.
With a bit of luck, another bidder might even come along.

Had such phenomena several times.
Difficult to judge can a sale be better than holding - then the takeover does not take place?
Squeeze out means no longer tradable.
Additional sellers or an increase in supply could still bring price increases.
Since the stock is active in the advertising industry - I see little potential
