Where do you get all your knowledge about renting and what to look out for when buying a property? I myself bought an apartment to rent out 3 years ago and am constantly worried that I'm doing something wrong (e.g. rent increases). Would be very grateful for a tip :)

@OnlyEko I worked in the financial sector for almost 18 years and studied business administration (diploma) before that.
My legal, tax and market knowledge comes from my studies, then I bought books (landlord and tenant law) and then got in on my luck after 2 stock market crashes.
In the past, there wasn't even as much knowledge as there is today (AI). Chatgpt spits everything out for you, the rest is a matter of experience.

•Hello everyone. You can easily find the rent index on the Internet. And as far as the tax benefits are concerned, I trust my tax advisor.
