Acrias are ok, crypto was well destroyed because I'm only in alts, I'm happy to have the one rented apartment and the second which is now being renovated. Has shown me that diversification is important :)

How many inhabitants does your town have? Yes well I live in the country in Austria everything around the big cities Salzburg Vienna Innsbruck is extremely expensive.

Apartment + garage 52k, renovation is another 25 but tax depreciable etc that fits :)

But it doesn't really matter, everything in the surrounding area is so expensive.
You can't get 2 rooms for 150k

No matter what😂 wanted to move to Munich back then, you pay 200,000€ for 1 room 40sqm
