I also dont like that. It seems like the usual consultant game:
First: 'you have to focus on the field which you are good in and where margins are strong. Sell those other services and products'
10 years later: 'you have to diversify into other products and services to hedge youself against being dependent on a single outlet.'
A true cash-burning game. I am tired of it. A company should pick a strategy and stick with it.
