@Barsten was an increase. The reason for buying was that you can invest directly in a neo-broker with Smartbroker. The valuation is significantly lower compared to TR and Scalable. At the same time, there are high synergies between the traditional news and platform business and the broker. We have already been able to speak to managers personally and are convinced of the strategic direction.
