Bottom formation?

I have a question for the chart technicians among us. Can the four-week sideways phase here be described as the formation of a bottom?

Good question, but that doesn't apply here. It is more of a bear trap, as the end-of-year rally after the Thanksgiving low is not of substance and the QE hopes are already priced in by the institutional investors. If you are thinking about getting in, then at most with small tranches and regular additional purchases in February, April and July 2026. All the best for that!
