Your opinion?

I have set the base target weighting $VWRL (+1,44%) 70% & the $TDIV (+1,68%) to 30%.

As of now 90% VWRL - 10% TDIV.

Hence the question -

simply save the TDIV higher until the target is reached OR sell shares of the VWRL and reallocate?

I always rebalance with the savings rate. However, if you haven't used your allowance yet and probably won't use it by the end of the year, a partial sale + rebalancing may be the better alternative.
