What happens if $Iren reports an HPC/co-location deal with 1.4 GW Sweetwater 1 🤔🚀

TeraWulf $WULF (+57,82%) just signed two 10-year, 200+ MW AI hosting contracts with Fluidstack at its Lake Mariner campus, worth approximately $3.7 billion in contracted revenue and up to $8.7 billion with extensions.

$GOOGL (+1,28%) covers Fluidstack's lease obligations of USD 1.8 billion, thereby eliminating a major financing risk and acquiring approximately 8% of the equity via warrants (approximately 41 million shares).

Phase 1 (40 MW) will go into operation in the first half of 2026, with full commissioning by the end of 2026.

The plant is specially designed for liquid-cooled AI workloads.

Can't you post this a bit earlier, before $WULF goes down like this and you can no longer get in........??? 😉

@Cato_Bamboo You still have the option at $IREN they have 1.4 GW at Sweetwater alone and are continuing to expand, what do you think will happen if it's only 200 MW here 😂

@BamBamInvest I have already bought $IREN twice and sold it again at a profit. it was supposed to correct properly first......... I wanted to wait for that.

I had another look at Bloomberg today. 2026 the P/E ratio is 16 but only with bitcoin earnings (assuming of course bitcoin remains constant above $105k). I agree with you that Sweetwater 1 should be finished in 2026, I'm curious to see what will happen. But I'll continue to hold $IREN. Fluctuations are of course blatant, but if you can take it, I believe in 100$+ in the next 3 years

@Michey777 Should IREN be able to achieve similar prices for part of the 1.4 GW Sweetwater 1 project as $WULF, the potential impact on sales would be significant.

IREN has the necessary infrastructure expertise, power capacity and customer interest to pursue these contracts.

Sweetwater 1 is scheduled to come online in April 2026, with Sweetwater 2 to follow, bringing the West Texas hub to 2 GW. IREN also has the 75 MW Horizon 1 AI facility in Childress, which is designed for liquid-cooled NVIDIA Blackwell systems, as well as Canadian sites in Mackenzie, Prince George and Canal Flats. These provide additional options for AI and colocation customers and complement IREN's existing AI cloud and GPU-based CSP offerings.

With a current market capitalization of approximately $4.3 billion, the expansion of the AI and HPC business, in addition to a profitable mining operation, could enable a valuation of $20 to $30 billion or more over time.

Really exciting and as you rightly say 100$ in the next 3 years therefore quite realistic. ✌️🚀

@BamBamInvest have nothing to add. That's exactly how I see it. I was also in the last two calls and I think the Roberts brothers are on the right track.

@Michey777 I also believe that they do not have to sell themselves below their value, as the capacities will be needed in the future and it will become increasingly difficult to obtain capacities, power contracts, etc. The hyperscalers will not want to lose the connection either, the setup costs a lot of time and money, which many do not have and will therefore have to enter into a colocation deal. I am very positive and look forward to the share price reaction when a deal is announced 😁.

@BamBamInvest exactly. But I think something is already going on in the background. We may hear something on 28.8 for the FY report. I also think that capex will continue to be invested heavily over the next few years. If you look at the current growth rates in the cloud alone (regardless of AI). And in the end, AI in companies will give the next boost. The agents are still very rudimentary at the moment...
