NU Holdings - get in now?

Why has the $NU (-11,11%) fallen so sharply? And are these now good entry prices?

I think the stock is completely hyped at the moment and this is rarely a good indicator, at least in the long term.

I can see options and opportunities with Nu, but at the moment it's just hype. So be careful

@Alex_DSZL95 absolutely agree with you, no idea what's wrong with people 😂

@Alex_DSZL95 The valuation is quite low for the growth. I don't see any hype yet, at least in terms of market capitalization.

In Q4 2024, net income of USD 553 million remained stable compared to Q3 2024 and in line with BofA estimates, while return on equity decreased by 150 basis points to 28.9%. Results were negatively impacted by a 13% devaluation of the Brazilian real in the quarter, which distorted growth figures.

Emotions simply play far too big a role for many investors. Sensible risk management helps to avoid watching the price with trepidation and then trading out of fear. No matter whether fomo or fear of total loss.

I bought the stock in the knowledge that it was a higher-risk investment with a potentially market-beating return and the weighting is less than one percent. Why do I buy such stocks in the first place? Because most indices are unattractive and overvalued.

So I have a number of stocks where I still see good entry points based on chart analysis and fundamental assessment. Nu has now fallen... But 4 other stocks have risen... All in line with expectations.

You can tell from some of the unpleasant comments in the community (börsenews is even worse) that some people are more interested in gambling than in following a rational system and sticking to it.

@Baraccusbörsennews is wonderful. I'm also registered there. If you want comedy... just right. 😂 But you shouldn't take anything there seriously or act on the basis of it.

@Baraccus I'm right there with you!

I'm about to cough, then the price will jump down again🙃
The chart clearly shows how investors invest, namely according to the principle "all the white sheep follow the black sheep and when the shepherd comes, only the black one is left".

I'm right there with @Mark777 - as soon as the share price coughs, the "hype investors" go wild.

I'm thinking of buying a small tranche and then just leaving it for 2-3 years :)

I have to say, I'm not a trader.
