What would you change?

Briefly about me: I am 23 students and try to invest my Bafög as well as possible.

Would you add an emerging markets etf?

I have a savings plan on the msci world quality $XDEQ (-0,05%) 100€ per month

If you have individual stocks that are also in the RTF, I would opt for one or the other and not hold them twice. Brain off is etf ... with a lot of brain and reasearch single stocks....stock picking is a lot of work and courage but can be very rewarding but only if you are focused... both are justified
