Let's go!
Always remember that the Spytips strategy has a maximum drawdown of just under 20%. You have to get through it.

@deichhoernchen I am implementing the strategy with the Amumbo. I have left the detailed optimization to the readers. There are even more levers to increase the return. 👍

@Epi Let's see when the 20% comes 🤣 are already at a good -15%

@parlania The -20% is on a monthly basis. It can be more in between.
February had just under -10%, so everything is relaxed.

@Epi Now it's rattling 😎

St. Amumbo is gaining more and more followers. Good luck
@Epi @parlania Do you also use stop-loss strategies or the VIX index as an indicator, whether simple or leveraged?
imagem de perfil
@awoQ No, the model is as simple as possible and open to improvement
If you have any good ideas for additions and corresponding baking tests, please let me know!
@Epi I am currently trying a dynamic lever (simplified)
VIX < 20 = 2x Hebel
VIX > 25 = 1x leverage
Additionally set the moving average to 100 days to recognize trends faster

Possibly trailing stop loss to secure profits / hard stop loss to avoid large losses

I have tried to spend many hours with the strategy in the last few days and am very motivated
Feel free to share your opinion with me 😃

(edit: Unfortunately, I'm not 100% into the subject of backtesting yet, but I'll see what I can do tomorrow)

Does anyone have a savings plan on the holy amumbo? I have read so much that it is mainly useful for "trading"?
