Altcoin rally?

Reached my 1st price target and sold a part. I've got a lot of my initial investment out and still have most of it in my back pocket. Now it's time to indulge a little.

What is your opinion on the current run? Various altcoins + BTC are doing quite well. What do you think, is it just getting started? :-)

I think altcoins can keep going up for a bit this month. Especially large cap coins when $ETH manages to break it's ATH. There is a lot of resistance at that price level though which could lead to a rejection.

Besides, I expect a correction in the whole crypto market next month. September is usually a bad month in post-halving years. After that I'm expecting some crazy Q4 action. Especially when rate cuts are happening and the real retail FOMO comes back.

Conclusion: I sold my $ETH and $BTC positions and am looking to buy back in late september or early october.

You never know, all can happen, but i would not sell. We had in last 2 weeks ground-breaking legeslation in regard to crypto currencies in USA: Genius and Clarity Acts! They pave the way for cryptos. Additionally, many stable coins relay on Ethereum - so it may be a start for a longer Ertherum bullrun. If cryptos have been now fully established, maybe the big players like Block, Amazon and Co. would need the coins for future purchasing transactions and start buying them... Of course there will be corrections on the way, but I have a good feeling now. Good luck!
