Not happy with my Core

$ESGS (+0,16%) is my largest position in my core. But somehow nothing comes of it and it is always 1-2% in the red.

Thinking about selling completely and going into the popular $TDIV (-0,58%) to go?

I also urgently need to clean up my individual stocks, but where to start 😜. I've been actively investing for 1.5 years now and, like probably many others, made stupid decisions in the first year.

Relax xD I think your horizon is clearly too short. The tdiv is more of a supplement than a replacement.

+11% in 1 year time. It is quite decent in my view.

If you have a sensible strategy and a broadly diversified portfolio and want to invest for the long term, then temporary fluctuations are the norm. Just because things are going badly for a few months doesn't mean you should cyclically shift into rising ETFs. Of course, if you have 80% US in your portfolio, that's a different matter and you should rethink your strategy.

Have you noticed currency fluctuations this year?

Now comes the, statistically speaking, worst 2 months on the stock market in the course of the year. No investment advice, but I wouldn't sell anything during this time, but rather buy in a planned manner if there are certain dips.
