Yes, a one-off dividend of €11.71, after which there will never be another dividend because this is a buyback program for treasury shares (see also da🤷🏼♂️). Bunkers buys your shares from you at the specified price and you receive the equivalent value. This is not a dividend but the sale of the shares to the company itself.
@Divitom It's the same with share buybacks, you sell your shares back to the company. You can buy new ones at any time, of course. And the dividend is completely independent of this.
@ZaphodB is correct. You have to actively accept the buyback offer. However, I haven't gone into more detail about this yet because no questions have been asked.🤷🏼♂️
@Get_Rich_or_Die_Tryin I'm still a bit in the dark. A SPECIAL dividend of 13.80 was announced here for next month and on EX Day at the end of April. However, a link as a condition with a buyback has not yet been made known to me (at least I haven't seen anything !? ). The question is whether the old stock will be drilled up a little by the end of the month or not. So I don't yet know exactly WHAT will happen. Is it the same for others?
