Técnicas Reunidas has been awarded an
engineering contract for a large green ammonia plant from Hive Hydrogen
South Africa (HHSA).
- Investment volume: $1.8 billion (= €1.6 billion)
- Following the engineering phase, the contract is expected to transition directly into an EPC contract.
In addition, the Executive Board has approved a share buyback program:
shares (= 2.49% of the share capital).
- Volume: 50 million €
- Period: September 16, 2026 – March 31, 2027
- Objective: Capital reduction through subsequent cancellation of treasury shares → increases earnings per share.
- Estimated buyback volume: approx. 2 million
