Employee shares booked

The $AIR (+1,32%) employee shares were booked into the securities account at the beginning of April. 15 were paid for and 10 shares were added on top. The initial reference price of € 200.65 (closing price on February 18) was thankfully replaced by the closing price on April 1. So at €162/163, I actually got the same entry price as last year. Now the rally can start again as far as I'm concerned.

What is the maximum number of employee shares you can receive?

@max233 This year, the largest offer was 135 shares in total. So I bought 81 and received 54 as a gift. That was after the reduction due to oversubscription.

What happens if you sell them directly or at short intervals?

@Springroll I know from experience that employee shares have a minimum holding period. I think it was 7 years at the DAX company where I was once employed.

@Springroll There is a 3-year holding period. You can't sell them before that.
