TV is installed on most of our customers' computers and we use it to access the systems.

@fiducation Anydesk and RealVNC Connect.
There is not one solution that is better than the others in everything, but there is competition in this area.
And it's not the biggest effort to roll out something new and replace TV, it's not SAP, which you'll never get away from again.

@fiducation No, because customers take what we tell them 😅
And at the moment, that's TeamViewer.

The effort involved in switching is still greater than the benefit at the moment.
But the competition never sleeps.
