Good combination you are running. I have the $WINC and $TDIV as well - they are the 'core' of my payout-portfolio.

Just had a look at your portfolio. Never heard of $MRP how did you find them and are you happy with that position?

@NichtRelevant was looking for a alternative REIT you should take a look and find some information of the company, really like their company profile and it’s pretty young on the stockmarket. (Actually found it by a AI model I”m using)

Last quarterly numbers looked solid , overreaction of the market which makes it a catch if you ask me 📈
