Question

Does someone know why all Gladstone entities have huge downward turn during the last month's?

Seems impossible to take profit now. I checked the financials and nothing seems alarming for this REIT.

Don't know, but sold all $GOOD and especially $LAND . Very poor performance.

If you see its fundamental numbers you can see It has payout ratio above 600%. It eating itself to pay dividends. A classic dividend trap.
