I have been looking around for more shares recently

I once came across $VEEV which, as far as I know, is still relatively unknown in the community and was discovered by the community on $PNG

Now I just wanted to ask you again, has anyone already taken a closer look at the two and is invested there in the medium or long term?

Do you currently see good entry opportunities?

Please only make serious comments and provide reasons to help me understand them better.

@Multibagger
@Tenbagger2024
@Epi

You three came to mind spontaneously, but of course anyone who can make a good contribution is welcome to do so

@Tenbagger2024 @capital_captain_2693 I don't see a massive undervaluation at the current level, but I do in the long term. The company operates in three highly sensitive segments: Defense, Robotics and Subsea Infrastructure. In my opinion, all three segments have a future and will contribute to the fact that with Kraken Robotics you will probably have a multibagger, not a Chris 🙃, in your portfolio for the next 10 years!
And I'm not just talking about the company, I myself have 20% of my portfolio in $PNG 🤷💶🚀

@Klein-Anleger Thanks for the info
Does that mean you're staying invested for the long term?
I also see real potential in the company.
I think I'll get in there soon.

@Tenbagger2024 Do you know the other company?

@capital_captain_2693 Yup, I have to buy a car next year, so I might have to reduce the size of my portfolio. But I'm staying in with my little over 500 shares...
@Klein-Anleger Do you know the other company?

@capital_captain_2693 No, but it seems to have something to do with pharmaceuticals, I don't know much about that...

I have noticed that $VEEV has had constant profit growth for over 10 years. Mostly in the double-digit range. But the performance over the last 5 years has been -21.88 %. And the P/E ratio is 56. Of course, the area of data analysis in pharmaceutical research should now be gaining enormously in importance due to AI. But as can be seen in the annual performance, there is great uncertainty here. Whether this company might lose out as a result of AI and even become superfluous. But if you believe in it, it could also be a great opportunity.

@Tenbagger2024 Sorry to have to write to you again (hope you don't mind too much).
I have now come across $CADLR, which according to analysts has great potential, the order books are also completely full and fundamentally things are also looking good. what I have now seen in a short research looks like a good investment, but the price has reacted differently this year and has fallen quite a bit. Now I wanted to ask you whether you have already looked into the company, what you think of it and whether you think it is currently undervalued.

@Liebesspieler Hello dear, you have been working a little more intensively with $EKT. Can you perhaps also say something about $CADLR?

@Tenbagger2024 but with pleasure :)

The company sounds exciting in principle. An initial brief analysis reveals the following: Cadeler is a clear infrastructure enabler in offshore wind with a real technical moat, supported by a multi-year backlog covering a large part of the coming 2-3 years revenue. However, the balance sheet clearly shows the leverage of the model: Net debt/EBITDA is significantly higher due to the ongoing investment and integration cycle and is only of limited significance in the short term, as EBITDA has not yet normalized, and the debt ratio and gearing are also noticeably higher due to the fleet financing. Accordingly, the free cash flow is clearly negative or highly volatile because the operating cash flow is overcompensated by very high CapEx for new buildings and upgrades, which puts pressure on liquidity in the short term. In operational terms, I believe that it is less nominal growth and more the (high) break-even capacity utilization of the ships (target close to full capacity utilization) that will determine when margins and cash flows become stable. For me, this is clearly a cyclical lever on the offshore wind expansion, but not a defensive quality case

@Liebesspieler I see that you are invested in $EKT, how long ago did you invest? So you still believe in it?
I've just come across $CADLR and I'm simply interested in it because of the moat and the high order backlog. And I think that the gearing is now so high is of course also somewhat logical, as they have actually doubled their fleet in around 12 months. So for me this is a rather small thing (they also have 200 million euros in cash and cash equivalents, which can provide security in the short term).
I just don't know much about the sector as a whole, so I thought I would just ask the experts here.
Do you know how viable this sector is for the future?
And do you think good price increases are possible with not too much risk?

@capital_captain_2693 Good questions. First of all: Unfortunately, I'm not an industry expert either, so I can't provide an assessment here that goes beyond key figures and capital structure.

Regarding $EKT: In retrospect, I caught an unfavorable entry point, that is part of the truth. However, I am sticking to the basic investment thesis because a few hard facts speak in favor of the company:
- High order backlog / project pipeline, which gives several years of visibility
- Solid balance sheet with comparatively moderate debt in the industry context
-Cash flow potential from project sales that is structurally intact (despite volatility)

This does not change the fact that the timing was and is currently difficult. The current environment is clearly challenging, but for me this is not a broken business model - rather a case of bad timing in a fundamentally functioning setup

$2413 or $MEDP could be alternatives.

$VEEV The share was recommended several times last year and at the beginning of this year. In terms of valuation and fundamentals, there is not much to criticize. The last quarterly figures were good. https://aktienmagazin.de/nachrichten/chart-tweets/der-us-cloudspezialist-veeva-systems-veev-ubertrifft-erwartungen-aktie-144896.html
