RTL buys Sky - what to do?

$RTLL (-0,84%) has received approval from the EU to buy Sky. Does this make it worthwhile to invest or is it still more of a sideline?

Does this mean that an extremely large number of subscriptions will be added and the program has more to offer?

Avoid Sky. Otherwise you'll be sitting at the coffee table in the smoky living room with a white wine from the tetrapak before you can say "Mein RTL"😂
