Will there be a dividend?

$EURN (+4,9%) I own a lot of shares from now CMB (EURN) and I'dd like to know if they will pay dividend in 2025?

Any insights?

they made 2 huge acquisition, they moved also the 2 quarter results later to incorporate said acquisition result into their own, the 2024 balance was in line with 2023 but only due vessel selling, they ammended dividends policity to discretionals, so likely not BUT as an owner myself i gona hold these since they arent a no dividend stock it's just temp stuff going on on top of tarif wars, they may pay it later or not at all this year but long term its hold stock for me.
