@Maverick4831 i wondered as well and based on the statement of my advisor, there are 3 factors to count in 1st even if growing Meditech was behind expectations 2nd there is a law suit ongoing (most of that is settled, so maybe not the main reason) 3rd there is a merger going on that will possibly lower the adjusted EPS.
All in a strong company but the 5% is not a direct indicator to buy.
