No More Mr. Nice Guy

It will remain volatile, let's see how the markets open tomorrow? Will Trump's statements be increasingly ignored, or was last week's recovery rally even a bull trap?

We will see, there is still a lot to be posted before then.

Is this the latest post? What an annoying back and forth!

I believe that these announcements can be ignored more and more, as any statement or agreement will be reversed after a few hours, days or weeks anyway. Market participants on the stock exchange will also react less and less to this over time (at least that would be my prediction).

@NichtRelevant is the latest post from today 🙈

The White House is circulating Donald Trump's latest Truth social media post, highlighting the war crimes announced and putting the quote "No More Mr. Nice Guy" in capital letters in the title, as if the past few weeks have been particularly nice for the people of Iran, for example, who have suffered massively from US and Israeli attacks.

@TomTurboInvest It's just a joke what's going on. I was about to add to it: I missed 'Mr. Nice Guy'.

Trump has brought us a lot of money since he has been in power.
Starting with Tesla, the construction industry, now oil.
As a shareholder and trader, you just have to read the signs.
ETF investors have also been happy the last few years.
Whitehiouse account is not Trump is administratively managed differently

@Smudeo the post comes from Trump's account, the Whitehouse account just passes it on...
And as for all the money, it's not all evening yet, the USA will have to spoon up Trump's soup for a long time to come. No president has ever managed to cause so much damage in his own country in 12 months.

😉 Even if you like your own comment with a rocket, the rocket can still become a ticking time bomb 😅

@Smudeo I'm also buying a rocket! Thanks to Trump, I kept making nice additional purchases and my $BP. position is rocking the house...😎

@TomTurboInvest No president has done so much damage to the USA? That's almost historical revisionism and Trump is doing absolutely nothing in terms of domestic policy. You can certainly make an understandable case that he is harming the whole world, but his own country? And why should we who don't live there even care if that were the case? Don't we have to put our own house in order?

@Soprano interesting thoughts you have there, do you think Trump's foreign policy actions have no impact on America? So MAGA doesn't exist, or what 🤣🤣
Do you know Americans or are you in contact with someone from the USA?
If so, ask how they are doing since Trump, how the industry is doing?

PS: what does that have to do with "sweeping your own backyard"? Just because it's not all good elsewhere doesn't make Trump any better. But who knows what you're so itchy about😅

Funnily enough, my plan for today is to clear the winter dirt from my driveway with a power washer in the morning, so I don't want to be blamed for that 🤣

@TomTurboInvest I removed the salt and grit last week.
Yes, professional and private American contact.
Not just whites, but also Mexicans and Latinos.
The fear was there a year ago because of the green card. But then it got better over the course of last year.
Company investment and house building very high.
Unemployment almost zero, you can easily switch from big companies to big companies.
The system itself: Healthcare, insurance and pension is unfortunately like before Trump not really there.
The fact that fuel prices are also rising there is due to speculation.
Yes, not everything he does is right or comprehensible.
But if you are just a spectator, nothing changes.
The goal will be seen in the end. But he and his advisors are doing a lot of things for the prosperity of the USA.

@Smudeo Well, the main thing is that the winter dirt is gone.

It's interesting to get to know different points of view, my company has a strong presence in the USA, i.e. I have hundreds of colleagues and the American market is also a large part of our turnover. I constantly hear "everything has become more expensive, the industry is cutting jobs due to the uncertainties", the opposite of what Trump promised, agriculture is also suffering due to a lack of labor (Latinos). I then often hear things like "we will have to pay bitterly for Trump's actions over the next few years"

We'll see, time will tell zeigen🤷🏽‍♂️

@TomTurboInvest Not none at all, but also not an exclusively negative one like on us. As you might know from the platform (I posted about it), I am currently in the USA. The US industry is still doing better than our industry - you can tell that not only from conversations with employees but also from the share price.

Ford is still not in a position to build better quality engines than VW. But Ford has made +35% since Trump's presidency and there is sheer panic in Germany's largest industrial company.

I certainly don't think everything Trump does is good. But the Americans are doing well and the wage differences with Germany are gigantic. The fact that we are sitting here on the sinking Titanic and pointing the finger at 🍊 is simply unrealistic.

@Soprano Wow, you're an early riser, or are you suffering from jet lag, awake at this time in the USA and active on GQ💪

As I said, we are very active in business in the USA and are always in contact with many ExCo's from other companies, so there is a different opinion, but different opinions are allowed. In any case, I wish you a great vacation and lots of experiences in this exciting country!

From our point of view, the only good thing at the moment is that we are getting back tens of millions of the customs duties that we paid as an importer due to our local location💸, but that's not really thanks to Trump 😁

@TomTurboInvest Why early? Well, for me it was rather late, so before I went to sleep :D But yes, my sleep rhythm is strange, but it's not much different at home.

Thank you very much for now! But apart from that, it would certainly be interesting to know which industry you're in to understand what people are complaining about. There are certainly differences depending on which business you're in.

Yes, the customs duties were really unnecessary nonsense somehow.

@Soprano I would classify our industry as discretionary consumer goods and automotive, we serve several sectors, but we are a well-known global player and constantly exchange information with our network from various industries, purely for forecasting and business continuity management reasons.

I really hope he does another huge TACO, but he's welcome to do it at the end of the week.
Next week comes the annual bonus and I would like to shop with great offers.
3

@Nuqqx When it comes, the TACO, it will be on Wednesday, because that's when the ceasefire expires.
2

@Multibagger TACO and ServiceNow pay on Wednesday? You only have to ask about the lever size 🤣
1

@Nuqqx Yes, you have to think about that. But it will probably have to be in double figures.
