Is anyone still unsure whether they should $SOW should sell or still hold? I can't judge how the delisting might affect the share price. 🧐

Delisting means, as the name suggests, that you can no longer sell afterwards.
So why hold on?

@Der_Dividenden_Monteur I have understood that so far. However, I can still hold and sell the share until delisting. So without accepting the compensation offer. I read articles saying that there is potential for up to 45 euros. 🙄

@Streamliner And who will buy it if it can no longer be sold later? Who is interested in declaring such a high price as potential now?

@AlterMann That's a good thought. That's why I wondered why analysts see a higher potential here. The share is currently at 33% buy and 67% hold in Scalable. Never had the case of a delisting before and thought someone here has more experience with the mechanisms before the delisting is completed.
