@MrBlueSky Are you still planning to buy more? If so, at what price, and what kind of development do you expect in this or the next bull run once ICP catches on and people realize its potential?

@risk_manager_2176...I am fully invested. I started building up the position 2 years ago and did quite well at the absolute "low". My ICP have been staking since then and that's meant I've accumulated quite a lot in the meantime.
My original plan was to sell ICP in tranches when the bull run gets "hot". I'm currently rethinking that. I assume that next year the taxation of crypos will be reformed according to the Austrian model.

If I had no position I would buy as much as possible now - we will probably never see these prices again.

If you plan to sell your position at the top of this cycle I would choose the ETP - staked of course.

If long term: Buy ICP spot and staking for at least 4 years.

As far as price performance is concerned - well, that is definitely unpredictable in general and in the crypto sector. If everything goes well and the masses take note of the upcoming launches and developments, I expect at least a 15X from the current level. ....but my opinion is worth nothing ;-). The market decides.

This year ICP has been deflationary, if only for a few hours.
So if ICP gets real traction, I could see us having to fork out 4-digit euros for 1 ICP before the end of the decade.
In such a scenario, it would of course be nice to have a chunk of ICP that you could sell tax-free at any time, but don't have to, because the staking rewards alone will secure your pension ;-)

....we will see
@MrBlueSky Thanks for the answer! I actually plan to increase my exposure from 15 to 30%, and also go into staking. Did you stake your ICP via Binance or directly in ICP Neuron Staking?
@risk_manager_2176 and a supplementary question: did you then simply select 4 years neuron dissolve delay and start dissolving directly or how did you implement your locking time?

@risk_manager_2176...I stake in the neuron network. I would generally advise against leaving cryptos on the exchange.
You should bear in mind that you won't get any more rewards for the last 6 months of the "dissolving period". Staking therefore only makes sense if you want to hold beyond this cycle.
Furthermore, you have to vote regularly in order to collect as many rewards as possible. I follow the Definity ORG, but not all applications are voted for.
....ich started with dissolving right away and then extended it twice more later on.

In the next bear market I will (hopefully) buy a good chunk more and then go into staking for 8 years+ and collect 15%+ annually from then on - that's the plan.
