I've just had a look at the dividend I received from $PEP and, just like you, it only says tax, it's withholding tax

Go to TR and click on Cash and then on Dividend, where it says Documents at the bottom, where you can take a closer look

Capital gains tax: 1.93
And solidarity surcharge: 0.10

@AE23 then TR currently has problems with the exemption orders, I've never had that with them before, but I also have to say that I'm still very small with the dividends
