@UserDaniel The USD 0.08 per quarter should remain stable until Q3/2024 - there is a deal with the financing. Then it depends on the further development - as a REIT, MPW has to distribute 90% of the profit, if the situation improves again as planned with the new tenants, MPW will probably be forced to increase the dividend.
