@GoDividend Real estate sector + mostly commercial real estate = bad years. My overweighting of the sector is mainly due to correlation considerations, as my portfolio is somewhat more defensive than the typical all-world.
@GoDividend REITs have risks that particularly affect this asset class. Among other things, higher interest rates, less demand for commercial real estate. Can also be an opportunity.
