I believe that Intel still has a chance in the graphics card segment, for example, but Intel has to get out of the crisis now

Qualcom took over Intel a long time ago.
Because they are taking more and more of the cake.

In the areas where the money is made - core infrastructure - intel's dominance is still unbroken. That is why intel will not capsize so quickly. Let's assume for a moment that this is the case, who should Intel inherit? AMD? As the only competitor for x86 processors in a world where the vast majority of software is written on x86_64 and a transition to ARM would be unnecessary and expensive?

The dead live longer and as long as Pat Gelsinger remains at the helm, Intel is far from dead. The only serious danger would be that Hock Tan goes on a shopping spree again after having effectively saved VMware and in my opinion Intel is currently preparing itself for exactly this eventuality.
