@Iwanowitsch Entry in the name register at Postbank was cumbersome, but free of charge. However, the order fees were more than 30 euros.

Didn't you even have to be resident in Switzerland to receive the pyjamas?
Or was that the case with Lindt, which only delivers the dividend in kind in Switzerland?
