Crowdstrike - claims for damages?
Matthias Stürmer, an expert in digitalization from Bern University of Applied Sciences, expects the claims for damages following CrowdStrike's IT glitch to be a landmark case. However, he is pessimistic about Swiss air navigation service provider Skyguide's chances of being sued, especially as CrowdStrike expressly states in its general terms and conditions that the software should not be used for critical applications such as air traffic control.
