So in addition to 3.5-4.0% you want some kind of income engine of approx. 6-8% dividend yield?
Then you get approx. 4.6% div. yield per year....

@Katie_1 yes I hadn't originally anticipated that. But I'm less than a year in. Seeing how it develops over a longer period of time.
I hope to hit the 100k portfolio mark by the end of the calendar year.
